Yoga Class Is Having a Wonderful Time!

Yoga opens our hearts.
Yoga makes us feel energized!

She is planning to teach another Ease Into Yoga class plus an on-going gentle yoga class at Mind Your Body as soon as the current semester is finished. Interested NKA members can email her at olsekath@isu.edu for more details.
