NKA members gathered at Marigolds for the Springtime Cooking Class. Sharon Manning was the facilitator, and Jean Christensen, owner of Marigolds was the teacher, assisted by several of her employees.

Participants broke into groups, and each group followed recipes to make two appetizers. Then, they paired their dishes with an appropriate champagne and/or punch.Finally, everyone celebrated by eating what the groups had prepared. "It was great fun!" says Marjean.
